I understand creating a windows PE based usb stick should work, but so far has not, and I'm not sure I'm doing what I need to do as far as using it with grub. However booting via grub into windows 7 gives a BSOD.The NUC's were either mine or a friend's and ran the Windows 7 ISO flawlessly for 14 days.
